Throughout
the year we have inventory fluctuations based on unpredictable
circumstances. For example when a resort calls and orders
250-400 Sunloungers, that will put a dent in our normal stocking
levels. We receive new inventory from our factory
continually and these unplanned large orders that
upset the inventory balance are soon recovered with only short
periods of "out of stock" conditions.
However, towards the end of the season, we purposely allow inventories to shrink so that we can replenish with new/fresh inventory. By doing this we insure that everything is the latest design with any engineering changes, etc. This is typically done in the winter months. We appreciate that our southern customers may have a slight wait for orders to be filled, from time to time. We apologize for this.
We are currently in that time of restocking and replenishing for the new 2012 season.
We have new product arriving continuously through the Spring. On our website we have identified the items that will have a backorder and suggest you call us for availability details. We are accurate within a week or so on our arrival estimates. Orders placed now will insure that you receive the new inventory as soon as it arrives. In some instances we sell out of the next shipment prior to it's arrival, so we encourage you to place your order so we can put your name on the new inventory arriving.
