Free shipping is defined as included shipping and is "Curbside Service". Additional service, such as inside delivery, may be available from the carrier for an additional charge at customer expense.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 10 days of receiving the item.

For an RA number call Customer Service at (800)238-0604 or email Customer Service at CustomerService@digital.net. All Returns require this authorization number. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee a refund. All returns are subject to inspection by Avonlea Gardens.

All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, instructions, hardware and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We reserve the right to charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
