To protect the beauty of our products, we have applied a sealer to the balau furniture at our factory.  This sealer has been specially developed for balau, teak and mixed tropical hardwoods.  The geographic area that you live in and the level of use will determine how long the sealer will last before needing re-application.  On the average, this sealer  will protect the furniture from the suns harsh rays for about 1 year.  We recommend that you apply additional sealer as needed.  To learn more about our natural matte finish wood sealer "Click Here".

If you prefer to allow the wood to weather, the color will age naturally over time.
